Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist

Empire ABA, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist to join our team in North Carolina. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and stakeholders, ultimately driving growth and increasing our visibility across the state.

At Empire ABA, we provide personalized in-home ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills while increasing independence and confidence in their natural environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive outreach and business development plans to increase Empire ABA’s presence in the community

Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, case managers, and community organizations

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and referral relationships

Conduct market research and analyze data to inform outreach strategies and improve outcomes

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of outreach efforts with overall organizational goals

Represent Empire ABA at community events, meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities

Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management with referral sources

Manage and track outreach efforts, reporting progress to leadership and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

No prior experience required - but a passion for community outreach, relationship-building, and helping families is a must

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina

Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

ABA or healthcare experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate
