Responsible of General Ledger and Fixed Assets activities, including journal entries, account reconciliation, inter-company balancing, depreciation, and CIP reconciliation.

What you can look forward to as General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant:

Responsible for GL & FA activities, GL and FA accounts reconciliation, GL & Fa Accounts analysis, and GL and FA additional projects as required.

Create, Calculate and Post journal entries.

Inter-company account balancing.

FA Depreciation Calculations, FA Capitalization process.

CIP Reconciliation.

Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.

Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies

Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable problems

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations

Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors

Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.

Your profile as General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant:

Accounting or Finance Degree and 2-4 years GL and FA experience.

80-90% Bilingual English/Spanish.

A proactive approach with a dedication to teamwork.

Strong analytical and problem solving, outstanding customer service, and continuous improvement are essential.

Very Good computer skills using MS Office. Knowledge in SAP/QAD systems will be a plus.

MX and US GAAP knowledge.

Strong Experience in Internal Controls.

The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.
