Analista de RH Júnior (Business Partner)

Atuará no suporte às diversas atividades da área de RH, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas e processos que visam o bem-estar e a performance dos colaboradores da Ticket Serviços.

Responsabilidades:

Apoiar as operações diárias de RH garantindo conformidade com processos, precisão de dados e excelência no atendimento interno; facilitar a execução das iniciativas do HRBP na unidade

Prestar atendimento e esclarecer dúvidas de colaboradores relacionadas a políticas e procedimentos de RH.

Manter e atualizar cadastro de colaboradores: garantir integridade e acurácia dos dados.

Realizar outras atividades de suporte à área de RH conforme a necessidade.

Preparar relatórios operacionais periódicos (headcount, turnover, absenteísmo, status recrutamento) e apoiar análises simples.

Qualificações:

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência prévia, mesmo que em estágio, na área de Recursos Humanos.

Desejável inglês - intermediário.

Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) em nível intermediário.
