This role will serve as the LATAM subject matter expert for several benefit portfolios, including Health & Welfare (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and wellness), Retirement, Leave & Disability, and Work/Life programs. You will oversee plan administration, lead policy analysis, and partner closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Benefits Operations to ensure our programs remain competitive, compliant, operationally efficient, and aligned with employee needs.
You'll also contribute to the broader Americas benefits strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, managing vendor relationships, analyzing market trends, and helping employees navigate an evolving benefits landscape through effective communication and education. Success in this role will require strong analytical and project management skills, financial acumen, and exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
As part of the broader Global Benefits team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and APAC on global initiatives impacting more than 24,000 employees in over 70 countries.
