About the role

This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our planning process, supporting the development of merchandise plans, forecasts, and Open-to-Buy across categories within our NA eCommerce business. You will work closely with the NA planning team to build reporting, analyze performance, and surface insights that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented - someone who can juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities, is comfortable working with large data sets, and communicates clearly with cross-functional partners.

This position reports to the Merchandise Planner, Ecom NA.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST (california time zone) Salary: $1400 USD

What You Will Do

Support the development and maintenance of annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans across the NA Planning team

Build and maintain key planning reports and trackers - sales, inventory, Open-to-Buy, sell-through, and weeks of supply - with a high level of accuracy

Analyze sales, inventory, and size-level performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations

Assist in building, reconciling, and updating buy plans, forecasts, and reforecasts across categories within the NA business

Partner with Merchandising, Production, Allocation, and Finance to gather data and align on business needs

Prepare recaps, forecasts, and presentation materials to support communication of performance and recommendations to planning leadership

Manage multiple ad hoc requests and recurring reporting deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment

Identify opportunities to improve reporting templates, planning tools, and processes to drive greater efficiency and consistency

Maintain organized documentation and process notes to support consistency across categories and teams

Additional ad hoc projects and analyses as needed to support the NA Planning team

What You Can Bring

Bachelor's degree with 1–3+ years of experience in planning, merchandising, business analytics, or a related field; retail or apparel experience preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas) and strong Microsoft Office skills

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets and translating them into actionable insights

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams

Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through

Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and proactively flag issues

Basic understanding of retail math and planning metrics (sales, gross margin, inventory turn, sell-through, weeks of supply) preferred

Where We Are

This is a remote, offshore-based position supporting our North America (NA) Planning team. Regular overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours is required to collaborate with cross-functional partners and the Ecom NA planning team.

Pay: From R$7,135.00 per month
