GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

We are focused on the efficient and effective execution of standard tax activities for our business of Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical and Crop Science, supporting all the operations in Brazil (e.g. standard tax report filling, data quality checks, analytics, conciliation and tax calculation) in compliance tax with global TAX procedures and guidelines.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Be a strong partnership between multiple stakeholders including existing Country/Regional Tax teams, Business Finance, Costa Rica platform teams and Center R2R, S2P, O2C, Payroll and MDM teams at GBS

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics or related areas.

Working experience in tax compliance, foundational level of process and system knowledge in increasing automated digital world and complex system landscape;

Participation and leading role in cross department assignments within GBS for process related topics;

Monitor key process metrics that measure performance, SLA and benchmarks targets across GBS locations;

Use and train data analytics based on state-of-the-art technologies to analyze financial data to ensure data and tax compliance quality;

Foundational level of process and system knowledge in increasing. Mandatory experience in SAP and Mastersaf. Supporting Tax on systems and automation projects (SAP/Mastersaf);

Advanced level of capability to understand complexity of changes with respect to business and regulatory environment and to respond quickly;

Advanced level of capabilities to lead change, projects and initiatives.

English language should be advanced in spoken and writing;
