Affiliate Marketing Manager (AWIN)

We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale the affiliate marketing program for a US-based luxury fashion e-commerce brand.

If you have hands-on experience with AWIN, affiliate recruitment, publisher management, campaign optimization, and driving affiliate revenue for international Shopify brands, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the affiliate program using AWIN.

Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates, influencers, publishers, bloggers, coupon websites, cashback platforms, loyalty partners, and media publishers.

Develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners to maximize revenue.

Identify new partnership opportunities to affiliate sales.

Optimize affiliate campaigns for higher conversions and ROI.

Negotiate commission structures, seasonal promotions, and exclusive affiliate offers.

Monitor affiliate performance, attribution, conversions, EPC, AOV, and revenue.

Detect fraudulent or low-quality affiliate traffic and maintain program quality.

Collaborate with Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams on campaigns and launches.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

4+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience.

Strong hands-on experience with AWIN (Mandatory).

Experience working with international fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or Shopify e-commerce brands.

Proven experience growing affiliate revenue and recruiting quality publishers.

Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, tracking, and reporting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience working with US or international markets.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
