We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Required Skills Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Strong domain expertise in AML / KYC / Financial Crime
Mandatory experience with AMLA / EU AML regulatory programs
Good understanding of EU AML regulations (AMLD, AMLR, AMLA framework)
Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment
Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
Experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to AML / financial crime compliance
Lead and support initiatives aligned with AMLA (EU Anti‑Money Laundering Authority) regulations
Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Support implementation across KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting
Perform gap analysis against AMLA and broader EU AML regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams for solution delivery
Support UAT, validation, and implementation of financial crime solutions
Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and compliance reports
Experience with financial crime/AML systems, especially: NetReveal
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesExperience working on large-scale regulatory transformation programs
