We are currently seeking a Snowflake Solution Architect to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Competencies / Critical Skills

Key Competencies

Proven expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake architectures for enterprise clients.

Strong consulting values with the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/analytics tools.

Deep understanding of the data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption).

Ability to link business objectives with technology strategy and execution.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience leading data modernisation initiatives across multiple sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, telecom, public sector, manufacturing, retail).

Technical Expertise

Extensive experience with Snowflake features (e.g., data sharing, Snowpark, zero-copy cloning, performance tuning).

Proficiency in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).

Strong background in databases, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks.

Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend).

Experience with data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Expertise in large-scale ETL/ELT pipeline implementation using custom and packaged tools.

Experience, Qualifications, and Education

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in data architecture, engineering, or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years in Snowflake solution architecture.

Ideally SnowPro Core certification or above.

Education: University degree required.

Preferred: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Snowflake certification(s) strongly desirable.

Measures of Success

Successful delivery of Snowflake data platforms aligned to client objectives.

High client satisfaction and repeat engagements.

Demonstrated leadership in data modernisation initiatives.

Contribution to practice growth through assets, propositions, and thought leadership."
