Aufgaben

Are you passionate about technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation? Join our Retail of the Future and AI Team and gain valuable hands-on experience in shaping how technology enhances business operations and user experiences across the organization.

As an IT Digital Transformation Intern, you will support strategic digitalization initiatives, AI product adoption, business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will work alongside experienced professionals, collaborate with regional teams, and gain exposure to innovative technologies and digital platforms that are transforming the future of work.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and business skills while contributing to meaningful projects that drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support AI and Digital Innovation Initiatives

Conduct research on AI platforms, emerging technologies, and digital trends.

Analyze market developments and identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology.

Support the development and rollout of internal AI products and digital solutions.

Gather stakeholder feedback and help identify high-value business use cases for AI adoption.

2. Develop Communications and Digital Engagement Materials

Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for management and business stakeholders.

Support the development of digital marketing content, awareness campaigns, and promotional materials for internal technology solutions.

Translate technical concepts into clear and engaging business-friendly content for non-technical audiences.

3. Contribute to Digital Transformation Projects

Assist project managers with project planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Support management reporting and business analysis activities.

Coordinate follow-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.

Contribute to ad-hoc digital transformation initiatives and operational activities within the department.

Gain Exposure to Modern Digital Tools

Throughout the internship, you will gain practical experience using industry-leading platforms and tools, including:

Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Power BI and reporting tools

Confluence and collaboration platforms

AI-powered productivity and business applications

Qualifikationen

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital technologies, and innovation trends.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.

Understanding of digital transformation concepts and technology-enabled business processes.

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
