Job Title: Senior Manager, Execution AFH/AH

Location: Spain

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Execution AFH/AH strengthens commercial execution excellence across the Away From Home and At Home channels and provides focused support for priority initiatives as needed. The role turns Commercial, RGM, Category, and Marketing strategies into actionable execution plans, supports bottler readiness, and ensures consistent in-market delivery through clear briefs, aligned timelines, and structured routines. This position uses data, execution metrics, dashboards, and AI enabled tools to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions, directly contributing to execution quality, availability, promotional compliance, and Availability / Basket / Cooler outcomes. The Senior Manager also supports the development of execution frameworks and scalable ways of working that increase execution speed, clarity, and consistency across the system.

What You’ll Do for Us

Support System Execution Strategy & Operational Planning

Translate commercial, RGM, category, and marketing strategies into practical execution roadmaps, ensuring clear direction on activation, assortment, pricing execution, and in‑store standards.

Drive key At Home and Away From Home commercial strategic initiatives, creating operational plans that guide bottler execution and support delivery of A/B/C KPIs.

Develop clear, structured execution materials (briefs, checklists, templates) that improve consistency and operational readiness across customers and channels.

Coordinate System Collaboration & Bottler Alignment

Partner closely with the bottler and cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned, timely, and high‑quality execution of commercial priorities across AFH and selected AH initiatives.

Convert strategic plans into detailed execution guidelines, activation timelines, and in‑market instructions that bottler teams can operationalize easily.

Support routine governance through scorecards, execution updates, and structured review processes that improve transparency, speed, and issue resolution.

Drive Insight-Led Execution Performance

Use dashboards, digital tools, and AI enabled analytics to track execution KPIs (promo compliance, activation quality, assortment/price‑pack execution), identify performance gaps, and highlight improvement opportunities.

Prepare execution updates, performance summaries, and after‑action reviews with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Provide fact‑based execution insights to influence adjustments in activation plans, customer routines, and system priorities.

Enable Innovation, Testing & Execution Capability Building

Monitor in‑market execution of innovation launches, tracking early performance, identifying risks, and supporting timely adjustments.

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify execution processes and embed more agile, efficient ways of working across channels.

Build execution capability across system teams by enabling adoption of digital dashboards, execution tools, templates, and consistent standards.

Experiences & Capabilities

Experience in commercial execution, sales operations, or operational planning within FMCG, preferably in AFH channels; AH exposure preferred.

Strong understanding of commercial execution fundamentals, including promotions, activation, and RGM execution.

Proficiency in using dashboards, execution metrics, and AI‑enabled tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in bottler‑system environments.

Ability to organize and simplify complex plans into clear execution guidance, while managing multiple priorities with agility.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to turn data into practical execution actions.

Brewery/beer experience is a real advantage for this role

Knowledge of the Spanish HORECA fragmented market

Local market experience preferred.

Native Spanish required and fluent in English
