You act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and take ownership of the customer interface across commercial, operational and service-related topics.

You coordinate internal processes and ensure smooth collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Service Delivery, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Material Management, QHSE and Compliance.

You make sound decisions in critical commercial or operational situations and ensure that customer commitments, project priorities and internal capabilities remain aligned.

You manage and monitor performance, schedules, budgets, risks and service obligations, ensuring that agreed deliverables are understood, tracked and achieved.

You contribute to estimating, scheduling, budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives related to service execution, lifecycle support and customer-specific programmes.

You support service execution and asset lifecycle management by identifying improvement opportunities, lessons learned and measures to enhance Menck’s service offering.

You strengthen compliance, QHSE and audit-readiness across all relevant customer-facing and operational processes.

You build trusted, long-term customer relationships and help shape how Menck develops its products, services and lifecycle support for future offshore projects.
