Controlling Manager SEAPAC
HUGO BOSS Australia Pty Ltd | Melbourne | Australia | Full-time | M3
Reporting into the Regional Director of Finance SEAPAC (South East Asia, Australia, South Korea, Japan), you will be responsible for ensuring effective business planning and analysis and accurate financial reporting and controlling to allow management to measure business performance and take necessary actions. Partnering closely with senior management and country finance heads, the Controlling Manager will engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders to constructively challenge status quo and deliver value for the business.
What you can expect:
Key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Developing, implementing and maintaining an effective planning and analysis process
Developing and executing processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance
Regularly communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
Produce financial plan and analyse the new business opportunities
Review and monitor the approved store investment plan and analyse the sales and profitability
Lead the annual budgeting, interim forecast and mid-term planning processes
Monitor and control budgetary costs
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide ad-hoc reports to support operations decisions

Your profile:
Accounting degree or equivalent university qualification
CA or CPA qualification
5+ years’ experience in a senior financial planning & analysis management position
Regional exposure in a multinational corporation
Fashion retail industry experience (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication
High accuracy and attention to detail
Strong ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis;
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding;
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and experience using SAP
