As the Johnny Bigg NSW/ACT Area Manager, you will drive the success of multiple stores by inspiring your teams and ensuring the achievement of sales, financial targets, and customer experience excellence. This is your opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic and fast-paced business.

The Role:

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of up to 7 stores within your area. Your leadership and ability to engage and develop your Store Managers and teams will be key to driving sales, operational success, and maintaining our high brand standards. You will ensure that each store delivers exceptional customer experience while achieving their individual sales and performance targets.

Responsibilities include:

Motivate, coach, and lead your Store Managers to success in line with the company’s goals and expectations.

Drive key business metrics, including sales, wages, and profitability, while fostering a dynamic store environment.

Work closely with your State Manager to implement strategies that elevate store performance and deliver on commercial objectives.

Ensure brand consistency and excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards.

Support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing team members, nurturing their growth and success within the business.

Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and hands-on training to guide your managers in achieving individual and team goals.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

A minimum of 2 years of Area management experience.

Proven success in leading retail teams and driving sales results.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.

A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to improve performance.

A passion for customer experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service across all stores.
