About the Role
As a Repair Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of your site.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing and motivating a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors
Driving team performance, productivity and engagement
Managing workshop workflow to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard
Maintaining a safe, organised and compliant working environment
Managing site budgets, expenses and profitability
Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensuring every customer receives a professional, positive and seamless experience
Building a strong team culture aligned with CARe’s values and standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience managing an automotive repair business, ideally within a high-volume workshop
Strong leadership and people-management skills
A proven ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams
Sound commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and operational performance
A passion for the automotive industry and delivering high-quality repairs
A positive, hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for what you do
A commitment to operational excellence, customer service and team success
Australian permanent residency or appropriate working rights
