Automotive PMO Project Coordinator
About the role
PMO Project Coordinator to be part of our Cross Carline & Project Engineering Team. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate project schedules across all phases to ensure seamless execution.
Track parts from sourcing through Tool Kick-Off (TKO).
Create and manage project bulletins and responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance and product action request presentations.
Facilitate Project Management Team (PMT) and Program Review meetings.
Manage vehicle build plans and support vehicle validation activities.
Coordinate commercial launch plans with Brand, Plant, and Purchasing teams.
Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve project risks and roadblocks.
Monitor Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) spending and engineering resource allocation against approved plans.
Pay: $43.00-$44.00 per hour
