Business Analyst - SAP Transformation

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - SAP Transformation to join our team in London, London, City of (GB-LND), United Kingdom (GB).

Experience

Mandatory: 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Finance or ERP Transformation.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance process analysis.

Experience in AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Reporting, Financial Close, and Controlling.

Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

Experience supporting UAT, change management, and solution design.

Knowledge of system integrations and business process optimization.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.

Analyze and optimize Finance processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and reporting.

Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, developers, and business users.

Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-offs.

Support training, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
