Hiring: Technical Product Manager

Location: Onsite – Dallas, TX | Middletown, NJ | Atlanta, GA

Are you a highly technical Product Manager who thrives on precision, structured specifications, and platform engineering? We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead specification-driven product initiatives supporting modern data and infrastructure platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating comprehensive technical specifications that enable engineering teams to execute without ambiguity or follow-up discussions.

What You'll Do:

Author detailed, acceptance-criteria-driven technical specifications for isolated implementation teams.

Develop complete product requirements that serve as the sole communication channel between product and engineering.

Create documentation with clear file paths, configurations, imports, error handling, and acceptance criteria.

Validate implementations using observable test outcomes and automated test suites rather than direct code reviews.

Partner with stakeholders to define platform capabilities across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

Drive product execution for data infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives.

Required Technical Skills:

Apache Airflow 3.x

Hybrid Azure/AKS and on-prem infrastructure

PostgreSQL

Redis

Required Experience:

12+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Technical Program Management.

Experience working on platform engineering or data infrastructure products (not consumer applications).

Proven success writing detailed technical specifications validated through automated testing.

Experience working in clean-room, regulated, defense, or specification-driven development environments is highly preferred.
