This position is for a seasoned Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional who works independently, executes business plans, manages budgets and schedules, monitors program progress, collects data to support contract negotiations and contractual changes, coordinates customer action items, and maintains program templates, metrics, and presentation materials.

This is a fully onsite position in Richardson, TX.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary logistics interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintain IPS task execution.

Execute business plans, monthly financial reporting, and data deliverables for Program Management.

Maintain program templates, metrics, and presentation materials to ensure consistent and accurate program status visibility.

Monitor program progress against plans and metrics using standard control and reporting systems.

Coordinate customer action item responses to meet program objectives.

Initiate customer interaction to address status, questions, and follow-up actions.

Collect and analyze data to support contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, operating budgets, specifications, and financial inputs.

Communicate and coordinate tasks between the VSL, customer, and IPS organization.

Manage and influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Work autonomously with limited oversight from manager.

May require approximately 10% travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with the 12 Elements of Integrated Product Support (IPS).

Experience maintaining and executing to an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Experience with Earned Value Management and Defense Acquisition.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
