Operations Development Manager

This role will develop creative solutions to accelerate the rollout of Zoox's operational and infrastructure footprint. You will define specific requirements for new sites and solutions, evaluate external partners to support staging, maintenance, and other operational tasks, and execute the end-to-end integration of these facilities into our network. You are responsible for the physical and procedural blueprint that allows Zoox to activate and new cities quickly alongside its partner network. By standardizing how we distribute and enable infrastructure with third-party service providers, you will directly increase our market entry speed and expansion. Your focus is on ensuring every new location is operationally ready to support autonomous fleet activity safely and at scale.
