［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

測定条件を変更しながら半導体測定機のオペレーションを行う

測定を駆使して不良解析を行う

試作条件や歩留まりと比較してデータ解析を行う

LSI 特性や歩留まり改善の提案を行う

Operating semiconductor measuring machines while changing measurement conditions

Performing defect analysis using measurements

Analyzing data by comparing prototyping conditions and yields

Proposals for LSI characteristics and yield improvement

デバイスエンジニアとしての経験、もしくは歩留まり改善エンジニアとしての業務経験

半導体デバイス(CMOS)に対する深い理解と経験がある

半導体デバイスやテスト技術の専門知識を有している

特性解析による歩留まり改善を行える

リーダーシップ力、課題解決力がある

Excel: 中級レベル以上

その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）

Required years of experience - 10+ year

Experience as a device engineer or as a yield improvement engineer

Deep understanding and experience with semiconductor devices (CMOS)

Possess expertise in semiconductor devices and testing technologies

Yield improvement through characteristic analysis

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Excel: Intermediate level or higher

Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)

DC計測、プローバー使用経験

半導体測定機の操作ができる

プログラミングスキル

Experience with DC measurement and prober usage

Able to operate semiconductor measuring machines

Programming skills
