The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (on-site role) , working Monday through Friday . Where You’ll Make a Difference
Perform physical, chemical, and/or microbiological analyses in accordance with established procedures
Execute inspections and release testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
Interpret analytical results and document data accurately and in a timely manner
Identify deviations, non-conformities, and out-of-specification (OOS) results
Support root cause investigations and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Ensure the proper use, calibration, and basic maintenance of laboratory and measurement equipment
Actively participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits
Promote compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Support the training and development of junior technical staff or interns when applicable
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Sciences, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Quality Control or Laboratory functions
Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry and quality control principles
Experience operating and interpreting results from Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Knowledge of sensory analysis and the ability to accurately describe sensory characteristics
Experience interpreting specifications, analytical methods, and technical standards
Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22716, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Experience working with laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and quality documentation
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
