Junior Access Management Analyst (IAM)
About the role
We are looking for a Junior Access Management Analyst to keep operations running smoothly by processing and approving access requests in line with current policies and service levels. You will evaluate tickets, escalate exceptions, and support secure access provisioning across infrastructure and databases. Apply to help protect and enable our clients’ environments.

Responsibilities
Process access requests based on established rules and current policies
Evaluate access approvals to ensure compliance with service levels and security requirements
Escalate exceptional or non-standard cases to the appropriate support levels
Maintain ticket records accurately to meet response-time commitments
Provision and validate access at the infrastructure level, including AIX and Linux
Coordinate database access provisioning in line with approved requests
Apply basic information security criteria when performing security-related approvals
Communicate clearly with end users and stakeholders regarding request status and next steps
Follow operational schedules and onsite/remote work guidelines as defined by the team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
1+ years of experience in access administration or end-user support
Experience in financial services or IT services environments
Access provisioning experience for infrastructure platforms such as AIX and Linux
Database access administration knowledge
Critical thinking skills and sound judgment for approval decisions
Basic information security knowledge to support security-related approvals
Ability to work 4 days onsite and 1 day from home after a 1-month training period
Availability for a 09:00-19:00 schedule with a 2-hour meal break
English skills at a B1 level or higher
