Role Summary
As Crew Team Lead, you will support the Store Management in leading the team to deliver
exceptional customer experiences, drive profitable growth, and uphold operational excellence.
You will play a key role in team development, store standards, and ensuring omnichannel service
delivery. You will help protect the integrity of the store, team, and brand by adhering to all
company policies and procedures.
Role Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service. Offering styling advice and product recommendations and
leading by example.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure daily tasks are completed to brand standards
Motivate the team to meet store KPI targets and maintain a positive work environment
Support with onboarding and training new team members
Responsible for opening and closing the store, including securing premises, setting up
the tills and completing end of day cash reconciliation.
Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills. Resolve customer issues
confidently and escalate when necessary.
Support stock replenishment and ensure timely processing of deliveries.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store presentation.
Stay informed about company activity, promotions, and product launches.
Support floor moves, sale setups, and seasonal events.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and GDPR requirements.
Capture customer data at point of sale, to support widening our brand data base.
Represent the brands values through behaviour, communication and presentation.
Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that
you can directly impact at all times’
