We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Angular, C#, .NET Core, Microservices, SQL Server, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role requires hands-on development expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and .NET Core/.NET Framework technologies.

Develop scalable front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RxJS, and related frameworks.

Build robust backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful Services, SOAP Services, and Microservices architecture.

Develop and optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries.

Application Modernization

Lead modernization and migration initiatives for legacy .NET applications.

Enhance application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Support integration with enterprise APIs and third-party applications.

Development & Quality

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Support unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability.

DevOps & Deployment

Develop and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.

Work with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.

Support software releases, deployment activities, and production support.

Agile Delivery

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, Business Analysts, and Architects.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.

Cloud & Modern Technologies

Contribute to cloud-native application development using Microsoft Azure.

Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve application architecture and delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Angular 10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, Node.js, and NPM.

Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, RESTful APIs, SOAP Services, and Microservices.

Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, relational databases, and complex SQL query development.

Experience with Entity Framework Core and database optimization.

Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and version control practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar DevOps tools.

Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and SonarQube.

Experience working with XML, JSON, and REST API integrations.

Knowledge of workflow frameworks such as Temporal is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Experience mentoring development teams and conducting technical reviews.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

8-10 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting enterprise web applications.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise application development environments.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, GitHub Copilot, Swagger, Confluence, and JIRA.

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Exposure to cloud messaging technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
