Intern - Data Analyst (Store)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Store & Logistic (Supply Chain Managemement)

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems for store receiving & issuance.

Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models

Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

Work closely with data architects, reporting teams, and other business units to ensure data solutions are aligned with company needs

Create data reports, visualizations, and dashboards

Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality through process enhancements and data governance practices

Conduct training and provide technical support for users of the data warehouse system when necessary

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree major in Data science/ Business Analyst preferred or any relevant courses in data analytics

Skills

Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite

Work Location at II-VI Singapore Pte Ltd-Block 5012, #04-07, TechPlace II, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569876

Working hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm
