Job Summary
This role is responsible for supervising Managed Service Delivery (MSD) enablement projects of substantial size and complexity, spanning across multiple regions. The role manages relationships with MSD Operations teams across regional theatres, oversees Management of Change activities devoted to deploy Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) practice and leads multi-functional project teams to deploy new or improvement processes, tools and people capabilities to bring incremental efficiency to 600+ CDMs that are in charge of delivering the value of contractual services to customers.
Responsibilities
Owns CDM Playbook documentation that prescribe process, people (RACI) and tools for CDMs missions
Owns engagement with all key functions beyond CDM involved in Managed Services delivery and operation (Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Transition) to define RACIs and resolve operational gaps
Generates and delivers knowledge and communication content for CDMs
Applies Continuous Improvement techniques to improve delivery processes to drive incremental profitability and efficiency to MSD.
Identifies and leads automation projects to digitalize and automate CDM activities, as well as opportunities to apply AI to operations.
Manages relationships involving complex multi-function and/or global delivery relationships with senior and executive CDM Management, effectively communicating value creation for business partners and customers.
Ensures proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly reports on status against program objectives.
Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 12+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services BUs/Operations, Tranformation Programs, or a related field.
