Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

As designer of our FEC (Financial Economic Crime) applications, you help Rabobank analysts to research integrity risks of our customers and potential parties. We are looking for a senior UX Designer to help us design the best possible digital user experience for our FEC analysts. You try to understand their way of working by doing research, explore different design solutions, and finally create an ultimate user experience. You and your job

You shape Rabobank’s design transformation by uncovering what truly matters to employees and turning insights into actionable strategies. We are looking for someone that is both a strategic thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs. You keep up to speed with the developments and challenges within the financial sector and like to investigate new technologies. You explore and develop innovative ideas that give direction to our products and services. Throughout this process, the business as well as users play a central role and you continuously validate your work by looking through their eyes. You work together with strategists, product owners, developers and marketeers and use mock-ups, prototypes and playbooks to visualize and validate your ideas and help the developers to implement your designs the way they are intended.

You work closely with designers and design leads in our Enterprise experience team and with stakeholders in the Financial Economic Crime department, navigating a complex stakeholder and IT landscape. You align research questions with hypotheses, business priorities, and quantifiable goals.

You and your talent

You have at least five years of experience in UX design and confidently take responsibility and ownership of large, complex design projects.

You shape vision and strategy and can make this tangible by translating it to visuals and designs.

You are a Systems Thinker and have experience designing ecosystems

You can translate complex problems and processes into simple and intuitive solutions.

You deliver final designs and support the development teams to implement them.

You have experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team with developers, marketeers and other stakeholders that is exploring a new space.

You have experience applying a journey framework in the context of complex business processes

Your work is inspired by user insights, and you collect user data to create the best possible experiences

You are familiar the rapid pace of digital and technological

You conveniently maneuver through large organizations and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts.

Experience with Pega Constellation or Cosmos preferable but not required
