A Day in the Life The Medtronic Pelvic Health Operating Unit (OU) develops and supplies the life-changing InterStim technology to treat patients with severe and life-limiting incontinence. We are committed to applying clinical and economic evidence and associated service solutions to our unmatched portfolio to develop healthcare solutions that increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes. Your role within the Pelvic Health team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent technical support, training and education to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets by representing the company in accordance with its policies and enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market. We continually strive to ‘alleviate pain, restore health and extend life’. Needs driver’s license and ability to accommodate frequent travel and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide high-quality clinical support for sacral neuromodulation procedures across theatre, outpatient, and other relevant clinical settings.

Partner with Urology, Colorectal, and broader hospital teams to ensure procedures are delivered to a high standard and with operational efficiency.

Deliver defined area case coverage, serve as a clinical knowledge resource, and provide troubleshooting support to the sales team and customers.

Plan, develop, and deliver clinical and technical training programs and educational materials for employees and customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Support sales and marketing activities, including customer presentations, regional events, congresses, and new product or therapy launches.

Maintain accurate case, market, and administrative reporting, attend required meetings, and ensure compliance with Medtronic policies, quality standards, and the Code of Conduct.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced qualification or equivalent

Previous relevant training/education experience

Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team

Ability to work in a hospital setting

Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule

High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills

Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace is an advantage.
