As our next Store Operations Manager, you'll lead a busy wholesale branch, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and building a safe, high-performing team culture.

Working Hours:

Core shifts run Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM

One Saturday shift every four weeks, with time in lieu provided the following week

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are delivered in full and on time, leading frontline teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance, productivity, and customer outcomes. In this Role

Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring exceptional service and DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) performance

Drive operational, sales, and financial targets while identifying opportunities to improve branch performance

Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce

Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS, Food Safety, HACCP, and environmental requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and operational partners to deliver outstanding service

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes

You’re Likely a Match If

Proven experience leading operational teams

Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and productivity

Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
