What you´ll do
Contribute to Strategy & Culture Transformation projects and daily tasks
Drive the global Henkel Consumer Brands’ (HCB) organizational health initiative, “High Performing Teams” (HPT)
Analyze employee sentiment, identify key themes, and create training material packages to support teams
Maintain and update culture- and diversity-related data and metrics, including reporting
Review and develop talent programs through research, concept development, and presentation building
Create internal communications related to culture and diversity initiatives, e.g. HCB Newsletter, DEI SharePoint, etc.
What makes you a good fit
Student in the field of business administration or any other related field preferably with focus on HR, marketing and communication
Proven experience in applying office tools successfully (advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
Excellent language skills in English (German is advantage)
Creative out-of-the-box-thinker who wants to make an impact by bringing own ideas proactively
Strong conceptual and communication skills
High level of responsibility, ownership, independence, eagerness to learn, and team spirit
Availability for 6 months as of August 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.

Compensation
This HR & Recruiting role pays $13k-$27k/yr. Within typical range for hr & recruiting roles in Germany.
