Main responsibilities:

Ensure an understanding of all operations and their processes within the Service Tower, as well as their financial and strategic impact.

Identify process improvements with a focus on efficiency, standardisation, user experience and digitization.

Facilitate meetings with Service Tower delivery operations to obtain feedback on potential improvements.

Analyse customer satisfaction feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure alignment between the various operations involved in each process.

Communicate and align all improvement needs with the Process Excellence CoE and prioritise them.

Monitor performance indicators with a focus on improving efficiency and optimising resources and sustaining continuous improvement.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.

Solid professional experience, in process improvement, business transformation, shared services, Acceleration Office, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in a GBS or multinational environment.

Mandatory experience in the financial area, particularly in environments involving operational efficiency, reporting, planning, controls, or process standardization.

Proven track record in leading complex process optimization and transformation projects with measurable impact on efficiency, cost, quality, or service performance.

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; Green Belt or higher certification is a plus.

Skilled in using data analytics and process mapping tools to drive improvement and support decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to align initiatives with strategic goals, bringing a strong strategic vision and the capacity to translate business priorities into actionable improvement plans.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate across diverse teams, seniority levels, functions, and geographies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.

Availability to travel when required.

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
