Job Summary

Technical Skills

TypeScript & Node.js - strong hands-on experience; Nest JS module/provider/guard patterns highly preferred

Unit & Integration Testing - Jest with mocking strategies, snapshot testing, code coverage tooling; ability to write tests before or alongside code, not after

Frontend / Mobile exposure - meaningful hands-on experience in at least one of Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), React Native, or React JS / TypeScript (web)

PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization; Redis for cache-aside patterns

REST API Design - Open API/Swagger spec authoring, typed DTO validation, versioned routes

Git & GitHub - branching strategies, PR-based code review, conventional commit standards, pre-commit hooks

Problem Solving - demonstrated ability to decompose ambiguous requirements ,isolate bugs from symptoms to root cause, and choose the simplest correct solution

Strongly Preferred

Observability - structured logging, distributed tracing, log-trace correlation; experience reading APM or equivalent dashboards

AWS - working knowledge of core services (S3, DynamoDB, IAM)

CI/CD - GitHub Actions pipelines, mobile build/deploy automation, Playwright E2E

Kubernetes & Helm - reading/writing Helm values files, workload deployments ,liveness/readiness probes

Feature Flags - experience using feature flag platforms for progressive delivery and safe rollouts

Authentication - JWT/OIDC flows, multi-IDP patterns, scope-based authorization

AI-assisted development - hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools integrated into daily workflow.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Professional work experience of 5 to 7 years.
