Sr AI Engineer I

The Senior AI Engineer I will be part of Solution Management Team within enterprise CRM solutions team, part of enterprise technology solutions contributing to the domain level technical architecture and solution

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Engineering, ; advanced degree preferred

7+ years of experience in data engineering, distributed systems and AI/ML.

Proven success in architecting and delivering large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native data systems on GCP or equivalent environments.

Expert in Python and Java with deep experience in Spark, Beam, Flink, and GCP Dataflow for scalable data processing.

Knowledge of Python and data processing technologies such as Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)

Knowledge of natural language processing techniques, models such as BERT, Transformer models, and their real-world applications

Proficient with CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, or Cloud Build.

Strong knowledge of cost-performance trade-offs and designing multi-tenant architectures optimized for efficiency and reliability.

Preferred experience working with a CRM solution like Salesforce and ability to define multiple data integration patterns for the same.
