Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build high-performance, secure, and reliable software solutions while contributing to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go.

Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React, Svelte, or similar modern frameworks.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in product roadmap discussions, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.

Design and improve scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.

Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations across relational and NoSQL databases.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure application reliability and performance.

Diagnose and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.

Write high-quality unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Conduct and participate in code reviews while promoting coding standards and best practices.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Collaborate through pair programming, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and engineering practices.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go.

Strong frontend development experience using React, Svelte, or equivalent JavaScript frameworks.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹380,290.43 - ₹1,233,284.45 per year
