We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead complex feature development, improve system reliability, and mentor teammates. You will contribute to design, ensure testability, and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle.

You will:

Design and implement features with strong unit/integration tests and observability.

Triage and solve production issues with root cause analysis and prevention.

Coordinate with product, QA, and operations on release readiness and sign-offs.

Mentor developers on code quality, performance, and secure coding practices.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of related experience

Proficiency in modern systems development and code review standards.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor's degree

AWS/GCP/Azure associate-level certification or equivalent tooling expertise
