What are your contributions to the team?

As the Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring their timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

You have proven experience (5–10 years) leading system transformation and integration initiatives within complex organizations.

You have a strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES systems, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and data integration processes.

You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.

You are highly autonomous, customer-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

You are bilingual in English and French.
