The Opportunity

CBRE is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to produce best-in-class graphic design materials and provide support for marketing tasks. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, an aptitude with layouts, a great attitude and team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Candidate requires advanced knowledge of Creative Suite.

Responsibilities include :

Produce first-class collateral (including but not limited to brochures, proposals, email campaigns, postcards, maps, floor plans and social media posts) and maintains it to a consistently high standard

Identify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials.

Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.

May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper and printing.

Ensure compliance with company standards regarding the company logo and consistency of marketing products.

Works on additional special marketing projects and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent education with a minimum of two years related experience and/or training.

Proficiency in Adobe creative cloud including advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Experience with web design and/or web publishing is preferred

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this contract position is $75,000-$83,000 annually.
