Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 / year

What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership while ensuring seamless execution across all accounts and events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all operational activities including planning, staffing, scheduling, execution, and profitability
Drive operational excellence and implement strategies that improve efficiency, execution, and client value
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and service reviews
Ensure successful execution of contracts including labor management, subcontractor oversight, invoicing, budgeting, and collections
Analyze estimated versus actual operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational team members and supervisors
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, communication, customer service, and continuous improvement
Communicate operational goals clearly across teams and maintain accurate operational reporting
Identify new opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and support business growth
Travel up to 25% as needed to support operations and client accounts
Support additional operational initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of operations, service, field, or project management experience
Previous experience in one or more of the following industries preferred:
Event Staffing
Security Operations
Sports & Entertainment
Athletics
Venue Management
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities
Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
Physical Requirements
This role requires a combination of office and field-based work. Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
