We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Total Rewards team. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our Total Rewards area.
We believe you bring:
Strong knowledge of HR domain and HR processes and systems – SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, Benefits, Variable Pay
Experience in data standardization - data models, consistency, and quality
Experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
The ability to identify gaps in data pipelines and translate them into clear use cases for engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - you can bridge business, data, and technology
5–6 years of experience in a similar role within HR Tech and product-oriented environments
Proven experience in collaboration driven outcome
Strong communication and visualization skills
Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us
Key responsibilities (text) As a Product Owner in the Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products across the Total Rewards landscape (Success Factor, Global View, Benefix, as well as in-house built systems) delivers value to the business and supports efficient, data-driven decision-making.
You will take ownership of the area, continuously improving it by aligning capabilities with business needs. You will work hands-on with roadmap tools and jira, ensuring solutions support how we actually operate.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bigger platform area, ensuring alignment and driving adoption.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, where your work directly impacts our many co-workers.
This means that you will:
Own the overall Total Rewards area end-to-end in a product perspective
Translate business needs into solutions, workflows, and improvements
Identify gaps between capabilities and business needs, and define solutions
Work with various needs, requests and non-functional requirements and consolidate into a product backlog
Collaborate with our global business organization, center of excellence as well as our config- and engineering teams
Support planning, prioritization, and backlog work
Ensure structured and reliable data/process flows
Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are practical and user-friendly
Manage stakeholders proactively and ensure alignment
Continuously improve processes, usage, and quality

The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingka's global organisation.
