Job Description
Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.
Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.
Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities.
Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent.
Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market.
Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.
Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in recruitment.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a passion for creative solutions.
Ability to look beyond skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.
Strong self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to change.
Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.
Additional Information
RSU’s in a rapidly growing company
Flexible working model – During the first six months, you’ll be in office most days of the week to become fully immersed in Wise’s culture and ways of working. After the initial period, you’ll be in office at least 3 days per week.
