The P&O Business Partner supports and implements the local People Strategy and other strategic P&O initiatives with respective business leaders, advises and supports the business management for (an) assigned organization(s). Your growth journey

During your 6-month internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn everything about People organization and supporting the business in P&O related topics. By the end of your internship, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in HR.

A tutor will support you in experiencing the HR processes.

You’ll make an impact by:

Assisting in driving development-focused P&O strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience across the organization (employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, leadership development, upskilling, reskilling, and career growth initiatives)

Assisting the team in researching best practices, preparing presentations, workshop materials, and communication content for strategic P&O programs

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to collect insights, analyze data, monitor KPIs, and support project governance and reporting activities

Contributing to enhance P&O processes and efficiency

Addressing P&O-related inquiries and support during workshops, and meetings

What makes you a great match:

Fresh graduate in Humanistic or Economics, HR background and HR internship experience is preferred

Strong interest in human resources

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills

Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about change and continuous learning.

Strong digital mindset with a passion for AI and emerging technologies

Eager to challenge existing ways of working and contribute innovative ideas that drive simplification, efficiency, and better employee experiences

Willingness to work in an international environment and to drive successful outputs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

Fluent in English and Italian

European citizenship

The pay range for this position is €800–€1000, depending on the candidate’s educational background
