We are seeking an experienced TFM Account Manager (Site Lead) to lead the delivery of an integrated Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract within a pharmaceutical environment in Dungarvan Co. Waterford. This role has full accountability for service excellence across the contract.Reporting to the Account Director, Workplace Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations, KPIs, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. You will provide strategic leadership across hard and soft FM services, including engineering maintenance, food services, cleaning, landscaping, laundry services, pest control and project works ensuring a compliant, high-performance, and customer-focused service model.This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management in a highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Provide full oversight of all TFM services across the client portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment to operational and strategic objectives.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve service delivery processes and SOPs aligned to pharmaceutical standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders, developing trusted and strategic relationships.

Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement, service innovation, and consistent performance delivery.

Lead governance structures including performance reviews, reporting, and strategic planning sessions.

Commercial & Financial Management

Own full P&L responsibility for the contract, including revenue, cost control, margin delivery, and cash flow.

Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and value-add opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure full compliance with all pharmaceutical, statutory, and HSE regulations, including GMP where applicable.

Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all health and safety policies, procedures, and audits.

Manage risk across the contract, including subcontractor performance and regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement & Growth

Implement a continuous improvement and innovation programme to enhance service delivery and client value.

Identify opportunities for contract expansion, service enhancement, and long-term retention.

Drive sustainability initiatives aligned to client and Aramark ESG goals.

People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports and wider teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Build succession plans and strengthen organisational capability across the contract.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a senior TFM role within a complex, regulated environment (ideally pharma or life sciences).

Proven track record managing integrated FM contracts covering both hard and soft services.

Strong technical understanding of critical building systems, engineering services, and compliance standards within modern facilities.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets and P&L accountability.

Experience in delivering CAPEX programmes.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of client negotiations, cost optimisation, and contract growth.

Experience managing and optimising supply chains and subcontractor performance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
