As we continue our next phase of growth, we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing strategy across the entire business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead the Group marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across all divisions.
You'll oversee marketing for:
Gourmet Food Parlour Restaurants
Catering Dublin & Galway
Brown Thomas & Arnotts
Sports Catering & Partnerships
Food Trucks & Coffee Carts
New business launches and future concepts
You'll also manage our external agency partners, ensuring all marketing activity delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and execute the annual Group Marketing Strategy.
Plan integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
Manage the marketing budget and maximise ROI.
Monitor performance and present insights to senior leadership.
Brand & Campaign Management
Protect and strengthen the Gourmet Food Parlour brand across all customer touchpoints.
Lead seasonal campaigns, new product launches, customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Ensure consistency across digital, in-store, print and customer communications.
Digital Marketing
Oversee website, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, CRM and social media.
Improve customer acquisition, engagement and online conversion.
Monitor analytics and optimise campaign performance.
Catering & Commercial Marketing
Support our catering sales teams with marketing campaigns, presentations, lead generation and promotional materials.
Drive awareness across corporate, private and sports catering.
Sports Partnerships & PR
Maximise the value of our partnerships with leading sporting organisations.
Manage PR, media opportunities, award submissions and company communications.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage external agencies, designers and content creators.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Culinary and Sales teams to support business growth.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a passion for hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
Essential
5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role.
Experience in hospitality, retail, foodservice or consumer brands.
Proven success delivering multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong digital marketing and analytical skills.
Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multiple locations or brands.
Full clean driving licence.
Desirable
Multi-site hospitality experience.
Sports sponsorship or partnership marketing.
PR and media relations.
CRM and loyalty programme experience.
Event marketing or content creation experience.
