WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

The Administration Manager provides leadership and coordination of administrative services across the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service, and Barossa Hills Fleurieu Community Mental Health Team (CMHTs), ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality day-to-day operations including workforce planning, rostering, recruitment and performance management. It plays a key role in fostering a positive, customer-focused team culture while providing strategic HR and operational support across onboarding, staff development, workforce administration and compliance, and driving ongoing improvement in systems, processes and service delivery.

The position contributes to effective governance and strong business operations through committee coordination, reporting and capital processes, working collaboratively with senior leaders, clinicians and stakeholders to support integrated service delivery. It also supports budget monitoring, operational and workforce planning, funding submissions, quality improvement activities and project work, while assisting with high-quality reporting and responses to enquiries and consumer matters.

Lead and coordinate the delivery of administrative services across mental health programs

Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment and performance management

Manage HR processes including onboarding, staff development and compliance
