We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner, fluent in German to support the German and UK business. This is an excellent opportunity to join our successful team and gain in house recruitment experience.

What is invovled

Full recruitment cycle management and lead search strategy creation and execution for a wide range of positions.

Be a talent market advisor and consultant to hiring teams.

Work closely with the HR Team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ensure process and hiring teams are providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Leverage the full range of tools and sources available to you to generate a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Some travel may be required.

Required Experience

Fluent in German language.

2 years’ experience in a recruitment or sourcing role.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.

This is a permanent hybrid role.

Location: Hamburg Germany or Venlo, Netherlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
