About the role

What to Expect

This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.

What You'll Do

First point of contact for employee experience related items: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations

Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies

Gatekeepers for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools, review monthly payroll input

Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items

Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being and act as a support for those employees on long-term leave as well as supporting their managers through the process

Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business

Visit Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs

What You'll Bring

Solid experience and knowledge on local HR practice, experience in the Eastern European countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania) is preferred

Ability to handle multiple employee cases

Excellent German and English written and spoken skills

Other languages like e.g. Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovakian are a plus

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Passion for employee well-being and support

Ability to remain objective while providing the support on employee needs

Trusted individual with strong ability to handle confidential information

Resilient to stress and emotionally charged situations
