HR Partner (m/f/d) / limited to 1 year

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Your main tasks:

Support and manage a defined employee population (Operations & Non-Operations)

Advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters

Execute core HR processes (e.g., OLR, Performance Management, Year-End processes)

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center, and Works Council

Drive recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives

Implement HR strategies, initiatives, and company culture programs

Lead and support local HR projects and change management activities

Prepare and analyze HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Serve as the point of contact for labor law matters and employee relations cases

Coordinate onboarding processes and employee benefits programs

Your ideal profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification

Experience in both operational and strategic HR management

Strong knowledge of labor law and works council collaboration

Experience in recruitment and employer branding

Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and structured way of working

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
