Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent development activities to ensure future capability needs are met

Leading recruitment, onboarding, early careers and educational engagement initiatives across your business areas

Working closely with leaders to identify learning and development priorities and support career progression across the workforce

Using HR data and insights to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Cement and Packed HR team to deliver consistent HR practices, share best practice and support business-wide initiatives

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance people priorities with operational and business objectives

The confidence to make difficult decisions, effectively manage conflicting priorities and remain calm under pressure

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into practical business actions
