About the role
What to Expect
As the Associate Onboarding & Recertification for the Tesla Approved Collision Center (TACC) network, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding new applicants and validating existing body shops. You have a key role in ensuring consistent job flows, communication, and customer satisfaction as you confirm TACC locations meet our company standards. You will be eligible to work out of one of either Austin, TX or Fremont, CA.
What You'll Do
Responsible for onboarding of new Tesla Approved Collision Centers, including interviews, tooling identification, legal paperwork, account set up, and training
Complete annual recertifications ensuring TACC continue to meet all program expectations post onboarding
Evaluate and determine areas in need of additional TACC using available data
Manage and maintain application portal
Work with dedicated Regional Network Managers to execute growth and performance plans
Meticulous file storage and documentation of all work
What You'll Bring
3+ years of collision, auto insurance, or other automotive industry experience
Minimum of 6 months administrative experience
Attention to detail and multi-tasking expertise
General understanding of Body Shop tooling and operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
